Clinical Tools
The NTC delivers a practical suite of evidence-based clinical tools designed to help medical learners, primary care providers, and community health professionals integrate lifestyle medicine into routine care, particularly in medically underserved communities.
Tools include condition-specific lifestyle medicine prescriptions for nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress regulation, and recovery; Personalized Resilience Plans to support sustainable behavior change; and concise clinical decision aids summarizing current challenges, evidence-based actions, and implementation steps for common chronic diseases.
Additional tools include group medical visit protocols (virtual and in-person), patient-facing education materials, slide decks for academic instruction, and implementation guides tailored for urban and rural settings. All tools will be accessible through this free, portal, supported by CME-accredited webinars, podcasts, and citations, enabling scalable, equitable adoption across healthcare and academic networks.
